Fleet manager
- Which vehicles have a critical alert right now?
- How many vehicles do we have, by brand and by fuel type?
- What is the mileage and battery level of this vehicle?
Connect your AI assistant to Linkbycar and ask it your questions. It reads and changes nothing. Early access is on request and runs on a demo fleet today.
You type the question the way you would ask a colleague. The assistant fetches the data and answers. A few examples, by job.
Early access is on request. We send you the connector address for your assistant.
You sign in to your Linkbycar organisation. There is no API key to copy: the server uses OAuth 2.1.
Type your question. The assistant calls the tool it needs and answers from the data.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to read business data. Any assistant that accepts a remote MCP connector can use our server.
Both take the connector address we send you. No plugin to download, no key to paste.
On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector once in the organisation settings. Each member then clicks Connect.
Developer mode is available on paid ChatGPT plans.
All eight tools are read-only. The assistant cannot change anything, in your data or on a vehicle.
The assistant sees only the organisation you signed in to. It cannot see another customer's fleet.
A trip gives times, a distance and places. It never says who was driving.
When a vehicle does not send a piece of data, the answer comes back empty. We never estimate it.

Book a demo
Send us your plates or VINs. We come back vehicle by vehicle: which ones are compatible with manufacturer data, which ones need a box, and what data each one returns.
Thirty minutes with our team
We show you the platform live and answer your questions. Send us your plates and we tell you what each vehicle can report.
Nothing to fit on compatible vehicles
Compatible vehicles are activated remotely.* No workshop visit, no fitting, and no vehicle off the road.
No commitment
You keep the vehicle-by-vehicle answer whether or not you go further with us.
* Activation time depends on the manufacturer and can take up to 48 hours.
We come back to you within 48 hours to set up the demo. Send us your plates or VINs and we tell you what each vehicle can report. If it is urgent, reply to the confirmation email and a person reads it.
