The 01/02/2025 reform makes employers declare private use of company cars, weekends and holidays included, with objective proof. For leased vehicles, the flat rate now reaches 50 to 67 percent of the annual cost. A declaration alone no longer holds up in a URSSAF audit, so we supply certified mileage read from the vehicle.

Mileage read from the vehicle, with weekend and personal trips identified. Each record is timestamped, tied to a named employee and cannot be edited. This is the objective proof URSSAF now requires.

Both regimes, computed
Forfait and réel calculated for every vehicle and employee, with the most favourable method shown. The réel method (annual cost times private over total km) is where leased fleets save.

Immutable audit trail, 3-year retention
Every record and manual change is logged and kept for the full URSSAF recourse period. The audit history belongs to your customer and accrues on your API.

About the AEN API
01Does Linkbycar sell AEN calculation to fleets directly?
No. The AEN API is for partners who resell AEN. Our public simulator is a demo of the API, not a competing product. The customer stays yours.
02Why does the mileage stand up to URSSAF?
Records are timestamped, tied to a named employee and cannot be edited, with a full audit log and 3-year retention, matching the objective-proof and recourse-period requirements introduced by the 01/02/2025 reform.
03How do you handle CNIL consent?
Out-of-hours geolocation requires explicit employee consent. The API exposes consent status per vehicle and flags data missing due to a refusal, rather than inferring it.
04Which regimes and rates do you compute?
Both the forfait (correct rate by vehicle type, fuel policy, lease cap and EV abatement) and the réel method (annual cost times private over total km), with the most favourable method shown.
05Do you integrate with our payroll or DSN?
The API returns per-employee, DSN-compatible fields as PDF and CSV. Direct payroll-software integration is on the roadmap.
